By enrolling in our programs, using our website, or participating in any of our events or services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for individuals of all ages; however, participants under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to enroll.
3. Registration & Account Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for our Services and to keep your contact details up to date.

Certain fees (including registration fees, apparel, and competition fees) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Credits
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies listed during registration or in your program agreement. Please review them carefully prior to enrollment.
6. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Participation in cheerleading, tumbling, gymnastics, and related activities carries inherent risks. By participating, you assume all risks and agree to release Twister Sports, its staff, and affiliates from any liability for injury or damages, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Code of Conduct
We expect all athletes, parents, and guests to conduct themselves respectfully toward staff, coaches, and other participants. We reserve the right to remove individuals from our programs for inappropriate or unsafe behavior without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, logos, and content provided by Twister Sports are protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce them without prior written consent.
9. Mobile Messaging Terms (A2P Compliance)
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS or MMS messages from Twister Sports, you consent to receive recurring marketing and transactional text messages.
