STEP 1: CHOOSE A PROGRAM

Tumbling

Our tumbling program is the perfect place to start if you’re looking for something fun and challenging for your child. Our athletes work at their own pace and individual skill level during our beginner classes. Our safety-certified instructors teach by using drills and spotted skills. The goal is to have fun and teach new skills. Our athletes are always encouraged to set personal goals and work with coaches and independently to achieve those goals.

Ninja Warrior

Ninja Warrior is the all new sport discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training and freestyle movement. Children learn a combination of flips, rolls, jumps and kicks. Strength and agility are tested through obstacle courses, warped and quad walls, and various training techniques.  A progressive level system evaluates and advances children on their skill and knowledge of core values.

Gymnastics

Build your strength and flexibility in a beginner gymnastics class. This class teaches your child skills on the uneven bars, balance beam and vault. Not only will your child build core strength, but she will learn focus and goal-setting during this fun class.

Toddler & Preschool Programming

During these classes for our youngest athletes, we focus on independent learning as well as group learning skills. Our safety-certified instructors teach the fundamentals of tumbling, core strength, balance and flexibility. Twister Tots & Ninja Tots  is perfect for ages 18 months to 3 years and allows the parents to assist. Wiggle Worms is for 18 months to 3 years who are ready to venture out on their own and learn tumbling and creative movement independently. For our 3-6 year olds, Preschool Tumbling allows athletes to learn skills independently on the main floor with some equipment.

FUNdamentals

This is the perfect class for new students who aren’t sure what program they want to focus on. This class is available to boys and girls, ages 5-12 years. Our focus is to turn your child’s energy into ambition as he or she learns the basics. We’ll rotate every four weeks through the following areas: Tumbling, Gymnastics, Ninja Warrior, and Strength & Conditioning Class. This fun 30-minute class is not progression based – but entirely focused on FUN!

Cheerleading & Dance

Our Cheerleading and Dance classes are run in sessions and not eligible for the trial membership. These 6-12 weeks sessions run year-round. More information can be found at www.twistersports.com/cheer and www.twistersports.com/dance.
